The Epic Small Mid Wing is the same area as the Braca 4 735 so is suitable for a majority of athletes. It is ideal for sprint and marathon, as well as ocean racing as this paddle is perfectly balanced in the water so there is minimal load on the forearms. I would also recommend this paddle for longer marathon type paddling.
