Last Sunday Paul Wycherley, attempted to break the world record for crossing the English Channel.
Without years of ski experience behind him it was great news for him when the day of the crossing turned out to be not only unseasonably warm but also perfectly calm.

The result being that he smashed the record by just over 30 minutes. To take on the challenge Paul chose the Epic V12 Elite, very kindly paid for by his main sponsor Huntswood.You can watch a brief video of his crossing here .

This end of year bonus for Paul was a just reward after a really tough racing season which had more highs and lows than a manic depresive! Hopefully next season will be more organised for him and we can continue to enjoy his successes in whatever discipline they come!
